A Science Breakthrough That Could Change Your Life Forever

A Science Breakthrough That Could Change Your Life Forever
By Maranda Mann

Ever think the world is out to make you fail? Do you think that If you didn't have bad luck you wouldn't have any luck at all?

Wrong!

You make your own luck and your own failures and successes. Are you one of the positive ones who think Everything happens for a reason!? Good for you! You are correct! Well, sort of...Everything DOES happen for a reason, but not in the way many people think. Everything in your life happens because you made it happen.

Car break down ? Yeah, that was you! Can't find the right partner? Yeah that was you too!Your life. Your events. You made it happen. How can this be ?

Its all because of the laws of the Universe! Time, space, quantum physics, vibrations and energy. Its all around you every moment of every day reading you and transforming your life.

Sound too New Age for you ? Its all real science and real life.

Your world is built on one main law. The law of attraction. The law of attraction means that energy attracts like energy, vibrations attract like vibrations. This means that what you feel is what you get out of life. Having a bad day and things just keep getting worse ? It makes perfect sense in context with the law of attraction.

So what happens when you use this law to your advantage? When you take all of your goals and dreams and treat them like they will happen, and you stay positive ? Well your dreams come true, and miracles happen. In the universe anything is possible, and you can make it happen if you know how. Here are a few tips to to get start on on your way to become a master of manifestation.

Stay Positive. The Universe is always listening and you can sabotage yourself and your dreams by becoming self critical and negative. Pay attention to your Inner Voice and make corrections when needed.

Stay connected. Staying connected with your inner self is very important. You need to listen to your instincts when you are trying to fallow your life path you are dreaming of. You also need to be aware of what you really want in life instead of what you THINK you want in life. One way to achieve this is through meditation and self-discovery.

Stay Strong. Don't let anyone smash, steal, or put your dreams down. Not everyone will agree with or support your dreams, but don't let that get you down. They are your dreams alone, and are completely possible. Don't let anyone stand in your way of accomplishing your goals!

I would wish you the best of luck, but you have something better than luck when the Universe is on your side!

Leading Others in 3 Dimensions Nu Leadership Series

Leading Others in 3- Dimensions - Nu Leadership Series
By Daryl Green

Every one of those people died. But they still had faith, even though they had not received what they had been promised. They were glad just to see these things from far away, and they agreed that they were only strangers and foreigners on this earth.Romans 11:13

Many organizations operate in a state of uncertainty due to the rapid changes in todays marketplace. How can organizations afford to be clueless when forecasting for future changes? Exemplary organizations think strategically and operate in duality. Duality means operating in two universes, present and future. Wacker, Taylor, and Means, authors of The Visionarys Handbook, argue that organizations must operate in duality for survival; however, the nature of organizations resists it.

Lets explore this concept biblically. The Apostle Paul operated in duality. He worked as a tent maker, taking care of his personal needs. He was engaged in worldwide evangelism and mentoring of the early churches. Yet, Paul kept his eyes on the future of Christs return. He carried out his day-to-day busy work, but kept his eyes on the ultimate goal. Likewise, many leaders are faced with this physical dilemma of operating in a three dimensional plane.

Are you prepared for operating in duality, Leader? God may be calling you to action. This calling normally denotes Gods way of guiding people to religious service. John 15: 16 reads, You did not choose me. I chose you and sent you out to produce fruit, the kind of fruit that will last.

Likewise, Christians operate in duality. There are plenty of examples. You see Jesus, a carpenter called, called to be the Savior and Paul, a tentmaker, called to be the Gentile Ambassador. The author of Romans 11:13 explains, Every one of those people died. But they still had faith, even though they had not received what they had been promised. They were glad just to see these things from far away, and they agreed that they were only strangers and foreigners on this earth. Therefore, it is clear that individuals and organizations can exist in duality.

Your Success Response is Physiological

Your Success Response is Physiological
By Lila Norden

Most people believe that success in business and finance is primarily the result of mental processes. But success has a physiological basis. The state of both the body and the mind determine your success response.

There are three components of every problem in life - whether it's related to money, business, health, creativity, relationship, etc. - and you have to address and clear all three components to resolve whatever problem is preventing success in any given area.

The three components that need to be addressed, (or healed), at their source are: stress, cellular memory, and blocked energy. Let's look at each component separately.

~~Stress~~

The body has two modes: stress and growth. You're always in one state or the other on every level from the cellular to the systemic.

Circumstantial stress, such as a personal confrontation or losing your car keys, is temporary and not normally harmful in the long run.

And then there is physiological stress, or the internal response to memory. Unconscious, physiological stress is caused by negative memory or embedded wrong beliefs that are stored at the cellular level. Negative memories or beliefs turn off the success response. Positive memories turn on the success response.

~~Cellular Memory~~

There are many ways to clear harmful cellular level memories: Reiki therapy, or Alexander Lloyd's Healing Codes are two examples. In both these methods, there is never a focus on digging up and closely examining wrong beliefs and negative memories.

There is little value in churning conscious memories and focusing attention on them since the level of memory you can access consciously is not the real source of anything that is blocking your success response. Instead, the idea is to tip the balance toward a favorable physiological response.

In other words, heal destructive cellular memories to heal anything, including lack of success.

~~Blocked Energy~~

Everything is a frequency or a vibration of energy. That's right, everything. A ceramic cup and the coffee it holds seem like a solid and a liquid respectively, but they are in fact mostly empty space - vibrating energy that your senses interpret as coherent forms.

There is also a vibration of energy for every thought and idea you hold. Each has its own frequency, and you can easily understand this when you check into your physical/emotional state upon thinking of something that pleases you versus something extremely annoying or upsetting. Changing the thought changes your state of being.

So, when you have destructive cellular level memories (unconsciously) vibrating at a certain frequency, there is an effect on your success response. Higher frequency energy is blocked. Once the blockage is cleared, it's easier for you to be in the flow of success.

Again, clearing energetic blockages doesn't usually happen at a conscious level. I recommend Reiki therapy, but there are other forms of energy work that might be more suitable to you.

First, there is awareness of the benefits of dealing with the three physiological components of success - internal stress relief, positive cellular memory, energy flow. Then there is discovery of the approach that feels right to you.

Start looking around, and see how quickly the information you need will appear. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Manifesting Success or Failure!

Manifesting Success or Failure!
By Mike Pachuta

As we stand back an look at life, have you ever wonder why some do some don't? Why some people have things and others don't. Is it fate or is it action? The manifestationof success can't be fate. It has to be action or the lack of. If you sit back and do nothing, nothing is accomplished. Success is a state of mind that becomes a reality. Why?Because there was action. A thought, a dream, a desire was put into action in one way or another. A loser or failure usually comes from inaction or the lack of serious consideration of what one it doing.

Case in point. We all have our set backs. Things happen outside of our control. But how you handle it makes all the difference in the world. If you sit back and say I am doomed and do little to nothing you probaly will be. But if in your mindset you accept the worst thing that can come out of it, then you are free to solve the problem. What I'm saying is that if you don't clear the way for your mind by accepting the problem you will have a very hard time solve it, because your worrying about it.

It goes back to what the mind can conceive and believe the body can achieve. You have to think success to have success. You have to think winner to be a winner. No matter what you are doing in life, a runner, a business man, the common construction

guy. If you don't believe you can do the job you won't.

Have you ever notice that the people that grow up with parents that say you will never be anything!Their friends tell them that you can't do that. You know what? These people grow up with everyone putting limitations on them and in their minds they are limited. Then you get the few who Refuse to believe. They will go on to do things far better than any of their family or friends.

Many many times we've heard about when the parents told their child that they can be and do anything they set their mind to. These children had no limitations sat on them and usually do very very well.In fact many of them become GREAT individuals. You have to believe in yourself. You need to grab life as it goes by not just let it float by.

The manifesting of positive actions and thoughts are the keystones of a successful life.

The Superachiever 6Step Method To Success

The Superachiever 6-Step Method To Success
By Joan Clout-Kruse

Are you a superachiever? Do you visualize the end-result with a passion, plan ahead and take action to reach your goals? Superachievers believe in themselves and have an uncanny ability to finish what they start. They are ordinary people with extraordinary skills that accomplish their dreams. While other people are talking about their goals superachievers are moving closer to achieving their dreams.

There are 6 steps they use that make their ventures a success.

  • They VISUALIZE their goals and know what they want.
  • They have a PASSION to achieve their goals.
  • They set a COURSE OF ACTION to follow.
  • No OBSTACLES are allowed to get in the way of their dreams.
  • They see failure as a LEARNING experience.
  • They NEVER GIVE UP.
  • 1. Visualize: Superachievers actually see their goals. They see the end result as if it has already been accomplished. That is what keeps them going. They can visualize the house and car they want right down to the smallest details. They know what their business needs are and can picture them in their mind. They focus on these detailsone step at a timeon a daily basis. Olympic ice skating champions tell us that they can visualize their whole program and believe that they will have a flawless program even before they start skating it.

    2. Passion: Superachievers enthusiasm keeps them going. They believe in themselves. They believe they can do it. Their Motivating Factor is passion -- a deep yearning inside them is the driving force that keeps them going. This driving force is sustained because they love what they are doing. With passion superachievers start new businesses even though they may not know much about starting a business. They know with a commitment and a plan they can do it.

    3. Course of Action: This is their plan of actiontheir goal setting device. They know that they will achieve their goals with a course of action. That means developing and writing down their goals and the tasks to achieve them.

    4. Learning Experience: Superachievers are not stopped by failure. The see it as a learning experience. Business failure. Divorce. Rejection. Superachievers will learn from their disappointments, move on, and start again until they succeed.

    5. Never Give Up: This is the key to their success. They never give up. They are relentless achievers. They find ways to keep on going no matter what.

    6. Practice superachiever habits everyday: You need to know your goals inside out. Write down your goals, break them into small tasks and work on at least one task a day. For example, a writing goal could be: I will finish writing my book in 90 days. Your book has 10 chapters, plus an Introduction and some items at the end. Count this as 12 parts to your book. Thats one part per week. In 12 weeks (90 days) you could have your first draft done. Then you work back to what amount of writing you will do each day.

Achieving your goals may require breaking old patterns and keeping to your schedule. Get yourself a Writing Buddy to help you stay on schedule. Once a week the two of you can share where you are and how you are doing. You will motivate each other to finish. Preparing the plan takes time. Yet once you complete it, it usually only requires minor adjustments as you add and delete tasks during the course of the goal.

Imagine how elated you will feel when you check off your list of tasks and see that you are getting closer and closer to accomplishing your goal. Its a great feeling to be a superachiever and just get it done.

Your Telephone Voice Makes Your Success

Your Telephone Voice Makes Your Success
    By Jo Ann Kirby

We speak every day without fully recognizing the impact our voice has on the our success and that of our organizations. The voice that picks up the company telephone or speaks to the customer or supplier represents that organization, whether it's the receptionist, sales person, human resource rep, general manager or CEO. Everyone creates a vocal impression of the company they work for.

It is said that when a person is sight-impaired, all other senses are heightened. They hear more sharply, they smell and taste more intensely and the sense of touch is enhanced. When we communicate over the telephone the communication skills we are left with need to become more enhanced they are now more critical for our success. Unlike our body, however, our skills will not be enhanced on their own. We need to take active steps to achieve our goals.

There are two areas that directly impact your vocal impression: your voice and your words. Your voice must be clearly understood by everyone who listens to you. On the telephone this becomes even more critical as there is not the accompanying body language you have in a face to face situation

Make sure you enunciate your words clearly. Avoid slang and poor grammar. Make your voice as expressive as your face. Your voice has wonderful nuances and shadings to give meaning to the words you use, providing you let it. For example, read aloud a passage from a favorite book. Does your voice conjure up images or feelings? To use your voice effectively in business, youll need to use the same skills. An expressive voice creates a comfortable atmosphere in which to conduct business. Your expression can help create a sense of urgency; or instill confidence in yourself and your products.

Dont overlook the importance of enthusiasm in your voice. Enthusiasm is contagious it will catch on. A simple way to increase the enthusiasm in your voice is to keep a smile on your face. It has a side benefit of helping to make your voice sound more pleasant to listen to.

Check your volume. If you speak too softly, youll appear to be timid. Besides, no one will hear you. If you speak too loudly, youll be thought of as aggressive and pushy. Strive for a middle ground. Try to create a sense of familiarity by mirroring the rate of speech of the person youre speaking with. Speed up or down as necessary. However, avoid speaking too quickly or too slowly. Remember you want to make sure your words are understood.

The words we use in conversation can and should be used to strategic advantage. Chances are you handle the many of the same situations on a regular basis. Give yourself some help and write out responses in advance. This allows you to pay special attention to the words you are using. Make sure you have a clear objective of what you want to accomplish on a call. Having an objective allows you to focus on what you want to say. When you phrase your words in advance it makes it easier to get the response you want.

Above all, make it effortless for your listener to understand you. Good vocal technique combined with good word usage makes it easier to conduct business successfully.

There are many ways to help improve your vocal impression and create a voice for success. First, listen to yourself. Find a tape recorder and tape yourself. Listen to your voice objectively. Does you voice convey your message? Is your rate of speech appropriate? Second listen to the person you are speaking with. What are they saying? What are they omitting? How are they reacting to you? Finally, put it together. Make a plan of action for your success. Choose no more that 2 areas at a time to work on.

Think about what you like and dont like your telephone voice. If necessary, dont be afraid to think about professional voice coaching or presentation skills training. Every one admires a great voice. Better yet, everyone listens to an effective voice. Make yourself (and your message) heard!

Four Success Lessons From Knife Defence

Four Success Lessons From Knife Defence
    By John Watson

Knife attacks are increasingly common these days. Nearly every week in the UK there is news of at least one knife murder. At least, it seems like that.

It amazes me that so few people try to learn how to defend themselves from a knife attack.

This article gives some helpful suggestions on how to defend yourself from a knife attack but it also looks at some key life lessons that can be learned from the art of knife defence.

Recently a young girl was murdered in a park. She was knifed repeatedly as she begged her attacker not to knife her 'there' or 'there'. She was stabbed about a dozen times by a mercilessassailant.

She and her friend had made the mistake of not fighting her attackers earlier before they were bundled into the boot of a car and taken to a park.

She was knifed to death. Her friend was shot but lived to tell the tale.

One key self defence lesson is to never allow yourself to be taken from where you are to a place which suits your attackers. It is better to risk fighting back at once.

In ordinary life, it is clearly wiser to deal with a problem immediately when you still have some control over it rather than waiting for it to get worse.

Human beings are problem solving creatures. Even a knife murderer who is trying to kill you will keep stabbing or slashing until he gets round your defences and finds a vulnerable target.

This might involve changing the angle of his attack or using his other hand to hold the knife if what he is already doing is not working.

If he keeps stabbing the same way that he started, he will probably fail to kill his victim and may even end up badly hurt or dead himself.

The same principle applies from the defender's point of view. If his block isn't working too well, he will, if he is lucky, receive one or two shallow wounds.

This should be enough to convince him to change his method of defence before he gets stabbed in a vital area or gets stabbed deeply enough to kill him.

He might try a few swift kicks at his attacker's shins or even spit in his face to cause him to flinch long enough to allow him to launch a telling attack. The defender cannot hang about. He has to find solutions rapidly or 'die'.

He might even remove his belt and swing the buckle at his attacker's face. He will need to practice taking off his belt at speed! A chair is another useful option both for defence and offence.

The same lesson about changing what we do applies in the less intense areas of life that we normally face every day. We need to change what is not working as soon as possible. If we carry on repeating the same old mistakes we will die a slow death of mediocrity.

Every day is a kind of life or death struggle against living a very ordinary and boring life. If we don't change fairly soon we will find ourselves in a deeper and deeper rut bound tight by inefficient habits which make escape unlikely before we eventually die unfulfilled and having made little difference to the planet on which we live.

We should change what we are doing if it is not working and try something else. It is very tempting to do what we are convinced will work even if reality tells us that our strategy is ineffective.

We should give up our old ideas and try something new. We are not giving up our goals; we are just trying to reach them by a more effective route.

A third lesson from the knife scenario, which has already been suggested, is that a sense of urgency is essential. Any delay means death or severe injury in a knife defence situation.

In our ordinary lives, delay means that bad habits have a chance to take hold and slow us down and turn us into the walking dead.

Statistics suggest that people on benefits who have not worked for two years will never work again. They need to get back to work of some kind as soon as possible before they become incapable of regular work.

Delayed action means loss of momentum and loss of the excitement that goes with the rapid achievement of our goals. Delay gives a chance for distractions to creep in and prevent the focus necessary to reach a goal.

It has been said that we need to be patient about the results we want (since we cannot fully control results) but need a sense of urgency in doing the things that we believe to be necessary to achieve those results.

These actions are under our control. We can take action slowly or fast. Fast is usually better unless you are defusing a bomb and even then it might explode sooner than you think!

We cannot be sure that we will avoid death or injury in a knife attack but we can control the speed at which we react to the attack. If we move slowly, we will be dead meat. If we move fast, we have a chance.

In life, in general, a missed opportunity does not always return. We need to 'seize the day' and get on with things if we want to make the most of the chances that come our way.

If we are in business, few things please a customer more than fast, efficient service. When I buy info products on the internet, I really appreciate product owners who provide you with an immediate download.

With others, you have to wait for an email which could take two or three days to arrive or you have to jump through several hoops before you can actually clap eyes on the product. You can guess whose products I am most keen to buy.

A fourth lesson from knife defence is that you need a very clear sense of priorities. If the knife is close to you, your priority is defence i.e. stopping the knife entering your body at any point.

There is little point in swapping a punch for a knife wound. You might land a punch on his jaw but, if you are not making defence a priority, he might well have killed you with a stab.

If the knife is not an immediate threat because you have grabbed his knife arm or it is some distance from your body, your priority is to hurt your attacker so badly that he will no longer wish to continue his attack.

Failure to establish these priorities has harsh consequences. In normal life, the same is true to a lesser extent. If you waste your time on secondary tasks and neglect the important ones, your chances of achieving your goals are slim.

If possible 'make your money' early in the morning by completing your priority tasks whatever they are. Writers may like to write for an hour before they do anything else. The health conscious may prefer to go for a walk first thing.

The highly organized might plan to clear up clutter for half an hour. This will help them to work with greater power and energy for the rest of the day.

So then, choose your own ground to fight on and start your fight back as early as possible. Change what isnt working. Take action with a sense of urgency but be patient about the results. The seed takes time to grow. Decide on your daily priorities and start in on them as early in the day as possible.

If you fight on your own ground, change what is not working, act with speed and urgency and follow your key priorities, you may survive a knife attack and you may also live a powerful and exciting life.

Incidentally, I owe much of the above advice on dealing with a knife attacker to a great self-protection instructor called Richard Dmitri from Montreal in Canada.
